cluelessaboutcrochet asked: I know people say "You've probably been asked this a million times" and that must get boring" or flatter your epicness - which may get tiresome. But I must repeat on both accounts. You are an awesome lady. For my question; how hard was it to start up your shop/career after giving up your typical 9-5. After all, you defied the social norms. Couldn't have been easy.

Hi there! Thank you. I always appreciate it :). I worked on my shop for a few years while I was still at my day job. I never had dreams of quitting my job when I first launched my website. It was just for fun and a hobby. Eventually, I found myself at a crossroad, and I took a leap. It is still not easy. I don’t make as much money as before, the money is not regular, I have to pay my own health insurance, I work all day every day, etc etc. There are days I look on Craigslist for a day job again. And then something neat happens which gives me more hope that things will work out.  I never really had a plan, and that probably wasn’t smart, but I still don’t have a plan….! We’ll keep our fingers crossed :).
