Hi! I sort of remember the question but not really. Hehe, I do remember the pattern you referenced though, which was more 3D, so it looks like you went a more 2D route with this one, kind of like my lollipop brooch pattern. Looks cute! great job :D
You can be a little less rich and still buy everything once my Yummy You line is up and at it again! :D
Hi! Sorry! Since I am still selling the actual cozies, I am not offering the pattern at this time : /
Hi hi!!! There are toooooons of basic how-to-crochet videos out there already. I would recommend searching on you tube for “teresa art of crochet.” She has a great youtube channel ranging from basic stitches up to small projects! :)
I don’t think you’ll be the only one!
Any girl would be a fool to not accept an anonymous Tumblr marriage proposal.
Hiiiii!!! I’m the opposite! I want to learn to sew better! ;) Thank you so much for buying my book! I don’t make sweaters , though :P. p.s. i msgd you on Etsy! xo
Hi! I also have a group on Ravelry http://www.ravelry.com/groups/twinkie-chans-crochet-goodies-group if you have more questions later :). Everyone is really nice and helpful! “1/8 , 2/8” etc is just referring to breaking up that edge into 8 imaginary sections. Basically, you just need to work 4 scallops evenly across the edge. If you can just eyeball that and where all the scallops go, then you’re set!
Wouldn’t it be less fun to ruin the mystery? ;)
HI! You’re so sweet!!! And I am so happy you picked up crocheting again. Now even watching tv can be productive while we make cute stuff! :) xo
No worries! I thought it was funny :P. If I have a baby it would be covered in dog hair and pom poms.
PEACH! You are too too sweet. Thank you so much. Don’t even talk to me about genes, girlfriend, you always look AMAZING!! Huge x’s and o’s!!!
There was a website that interviewed me and I sent them a bunch of pictures of my tattoos, but I think they have since re-vamped their site and seem to have pulled their tattoo features. Maybe I’ll upload them here later in a photo set!!! Also, my sleeve isn’t even done yet!
Hi! I am dying to do blankets!!!!! Granny square-like repeats or even just like one big giant piece of pizza!! But I have never had time to tackle such a big project. Maybe in the future!!! I once did make a cookie blanket made of a bunch of cookies. I still have it in my closet. It took so long to make that I didn’t think anyone would want to pay the price I’d want to put on it to part with it! :P
I don’t know if there is a video tutorial for the specific project you need. Since most patterns are written, and not with step by step photos or videos, I think you need to really push yourself to try to understand the written patterns. There are also patterns with charts that you might find more helpful, but I don’t really read charts myself, so I am not help in that regard. Just get really familiar with the crochet abbreviations. Art of Crochet by Teresa has tons of tutorials on YouTube, and it might be helpful for you to watch some videos of tons of basic stitches and projects to get familiar with everything. Good luck!
Thank you so much! :D I’m so happy to hear you picked up your crocheting again!
YAY! I am so super glad you like them!!!! I hope you have lots and lots of fun in them! xo
Most of my tattoos are by Holly Ellis at Idle Hand here in San Francisco. The licorice bow on my back is my Misha in L.A. and the very first tattoos I got, which nobody really sees, as they are in the backs of my ankles, were by Clifton Carter now his own shop here in SF, Lighthouse Tattoo.
OH yay!!! Your note makes me so happy! :D I’m kinda surprised, too, because I didn’t think that my how-to-crochet instructions were enough to help a beginner actually learn!!! So thrilled you also get to enjoy this super fun craft :) xo
Hairy is very mysterious. If you ask him what he does for work he gets very evasive and quiet. We all just assumed he was a spy, because he speaks Russian. We met, very stupidly and nerdily, on MySpace. He messaged me and told me he likes to cook. Mmm food! He is a classically trained chef but cooks only for fun. His job has nothing to do with food. He also co-owns an art gallery and a screenprinting business. He used to a be a supergoth, and I’m dying to see a photo of him from his goth days, but he claims non exist. He seems to be ok with living in a colorful home, even though his own home decor color of choice is a mixture of brown and gray! I think he just laughed when I told him about that question.
Thanks, friendly anon!
Hi! It might be a little confusing if you are a super beginner. Nothing is really hard, but it’s easier if you are familiar already with reading crochet patterns :).
You’re sweet!! :D You have a super cute tumblr!
